These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the SeeOnMe Shopify App (“the App”). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
License
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on your Shopify store.
Limitations
- The App is provided “as is.”
- We do not guarantee that the App will generate accurate or realistic try-on previews.
- The App must not be used for unlawful purposes.
Liability
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
- Shopper photos are processed in real-time and never stored, but merchants are responsible for informing their customers about usage.
Termination
- Merchants may uninstall the App at any time.
- We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Estonia.
