SeeOnMe (“the App”) provides a virtual try-on widget for Shopify stores. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when merchants and shoppers use our app.
Information We Collect
- Merchant Information: When a merchant installs the App, we collect the shop's domain, contact email, and billing details provided via Shopify.
- Shopper Information: When a shopper uses the try-on widget, they may upload a photo.
How We Use Information
- Shopper Photos: Shopper photos are processed in memory only. We do not store, save, or reuse uploaded images. The photo is discarded immediately after generating the try-on preview.
- Merchant Data: Used to operate the App, provide billing, and ensure widget functionality.
Sharing of Information
- We do not sell or share merchant or shopper data with third parties.
- Data may be accessed by our service providers (e.g., cloud hosting, database) strictly to operate the App.
Data Retention
- Shopper images: never stored.
- Merchant data: retained while the app is active, and deleted upon uninstall.
Your Rights
Merchants can uninstall the app at any time from Shopify Admin, which will delete their data from our database.
